About the Author

I find these “about me” sections on blogs really awkward so I’m going to try to keep it brief.  I’m a bioengineering major at Syracuse University and a distance runner on the university’s cross country team.  I love what I’m doing for the most part and am really excited about what the future holds for both the academic and athletic portions of my life.  I think that I’d eventually like to become a professor at a research institution but it’s a long road to get there and there are many other potential paths to take.  Whatever happens, I want to look back and have as few regrets as possible.
